Once you receive the merchandise, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep it. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within this period.


Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure the package is properly stamped.


We only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Original packaging
  • Original label on the item
  • Security seal with tag on the flight bags (undamaged)

Here’s how it works:

1) Register the return in your customer account

Please register your return via your customer account in our online shop.

Select the corresponding order, mark the item you wish to return, and provide a reason for the return.

Once we have reviewed and confirmed your return request, you can send the merchandise back to us.

2) Pack the item securely

Please pack the merchandise securely and carefully so that it is not damaged during transit.

Include the packing slip or a note with your order number in the package so that we can quickly identify your return.

3) Ship the package

Please send the package, preferably insured, to the following returns address:

4) Processing your return

As soon as your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected and processed.

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days.

Once processed, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Returns from Switzerland:

Returns from Switzerland are handled by our partner MeinEinkauf AG.

If you wish to return a package with a delivery address in Switzerland, please send the return exclusively to the following address:

The return will be received there, cleared through customs, and then forwarded to us. Only after we have received the merchandise can further processing of the return (e.g., inspection and refund) take place.

Please note that returns from Switzerland that are not sent to the above address cannot be accepted or properly processed.

Returns from non-EU countries:

Returns that you wish to send from non-EU countries such as the United Kingdom or Iceland, etc., must include the necessary customs documents completed by you (except for Switzerland). Leopold's Finest for dogs GmbH will not cover any costs or expenses associated with the return process.

Complaints

We inspect all items for quality once more before shipping. However, should you receive a damaged item, you may of course file a complaint with us. Please send us an email with your order number, the item number of the damaged item, and a brief description of the defect to the following address:
