After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to make your decision. If you do not like a product, you can return the goods to us within this period.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and that you must ensure that the package is adequately stamped.

We only accept returns of items that meet the following requirements:

  • Original packaging
  • Original label on the article
  • Security seal with tag on bags (undamaged)
  • The parts must be clean and unused

2) Pack items securely:

You will receive a confirmation of your return from us by email, which you should fill out and place in the package. Please pack the goods safely and carefully, preferably in the original box.

4) Processing your return:

Complaints

All items are checked for quality before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, you can of course complain to us. Please send us an email with your order number, the item number of the damaged item and a brief description of the defect to the following address:
